RE: Documentation of Procedures

Hi Jon Le,

Mapics started an implementation of intrax's procedure.net several years
ago.  Unfortunately, most customers wanted nothing to do with it.  Now with
SOX 404 requirements, it is getting renewed attention.  I have no idea if
Mapics still is offering MSM (Mapics Standard Methodology).

But Intrax is still very much alive and doing very well.  Try their web
