Dale,

Are these Windows 98 machines or Win2K?  We have always experienced
printing
issues from the browser, especially back when running under Win98.  Win2K
was
an improvement, but still it wasn't what you'd expect.  We trained our
users to
just "Copy to Clipboard" and paste into Excel, or "Copy to TextFile" if you
don't care about format and just print the text file.
