Ann,

What's CIE? I've successfully added Java applications to COM_Net, but it
was an in-house written warranty application (in Java, using Seagull
JWalk). It's not hard to add a new application to COM_Net if you do it by
adding a button to link to the new application. If you aren't comfortable
with customizing COM_Net, you can contact Lexel for assistance, they are
VERY professional and (I think) reasonable on their rates for customization
(they helped me in my enhancement). Then you KNOW it will work correctly.
You can find them on the web at www.lexel.com.

MAPICS Listers,

We are wanting to add the CIE piece to Com_Net. Does anyone on this list
have CIE installed? How much Java writing is involved? We are trying to
decide how much/little of this we can do and what we may need to hire done.

Thanks for any heads up,
ann neal
