Your guidelines read : The topic of the list is MAPICS (Manufacturing, Accounting, Production, and Inventory Control System) MAPICS, the acronym, stands for: Manufacturing Accounting and Production Information Control System. Just to keep the record straight. I know my age is showing - but it's been that way since 1978 when I first started converting customers to S/34 MAPICS from MMAS and IPICS on the System/3. Shawn: Why, with a thread as helpful as this, would you think about starting a new thread? I'd urge you to monitor this list for a few weeks, paying close attention to the usefulness of the responses and the list's archives before thinking about a new thread.
