Pete,

I personally have bought several items from TigerDirect with absolutely no
problem.  However, my network administrator recently bought a monitor off
them (personal use), they billed him but never shipped the unit (they were
out of stock).  He is currently bickering with them over this.

Hello Group,

This may be off the subject or purpose of this group.
I was wondering if anyone has bought anything from TigerDirect? What
kind of luck and quality have you gotten. Any horror stories?
I got a notice they have a laptop on sale... here are some of the specs:
C67-1264 P  Compaq 2568CL / Pentium 4 2.66GHz / 512MB / 80GB / DVDROM -
CDRW Combo Drive / XP Home / Refurbished Notebook PC  Selling for $1199.
Seems like a hell of a good deal.

A Dell with similiar features is over $1600.  This is a new one. Any
horror stories with Dell.
