FRx reporting tree

When we use the "Add Reporting Units from Chart of Accounts" to populate a
reporting tree in FRx, only our true
posting units populate, all on a flat level. None of the summary/reporting
units (that do not allowing
postings in the actual general ledger) come over. Is this something on our
side? In addition, I know
our current unit reporting structure in IFM, we have more than 9 levels,
could this be the reason why?
We are on MAPICS, IFM, and we have a unit structure set up in IFM. I was
told in FRx training that the entire unit structure would populate into FRx
reporting tree, but as noted this is not happening.  Any help would be
appreciated.
