Joe,

We didn't find anything that was acceptable to us at the time (1998), so we
just wrote our own. Not the answer I wish I could give you, but......

I did look at WCFIELDS, at the time it didn't cover everything we needed -
don't know about now. I also know that Syteline has a field service module
that will (most likely) be ported or interfaced directly to MAPICS/XA. I
looked at it at the last MUC, it looked quite sophisticated and would
actually cover what we needed, but we already have written our own
(specifically tailored to our requirements - tough to beat that).

Dear Group,

I would appreciate any comments on applications or methods that you are
using to handle RMAs and warranty claims, esentially all reverse logistics.
We are looking to improve our process with more integration with MAPICS
COM. I am familiar with the MAPICS field service, but it seems a bit
overkill with it's pre-reqs for CSM, Integrator and IFM.
