Michael,

Is MAPICS in process of doing that? Given the spaghetti nature of the
current code I am not sure it makes a lot of sense for them to even try,
especially given the limited nature of the current client server
applications and an application portfolio of semi-integrated third party
applications. I had gotten the impression with the wind down in support
and emphasis on new acquired products (the .net product) they were much
more into a make money for our shareholders and vc investors mode than
enhancing application functionality to keep existing customers.

Regards

Konrad

   The other reason MAPICS won't be fixing those inconsistancies i= that
   the migration to the TRUE client server architecture, based on MAPIC=
   Browser, is the thing that will finally fix the problem. It doesn't
depend on the green screen legacy and requires retraining along with the
   b=siness process redesign.

that
   was a part of the Systems Applicati=n Architecture -SAA)
