Question for T.L. Ashford Users

One of our users is printing bar-coded shipping labels from MAPICS using
TL Ashford barcode labeling software (without programming). She has run
into a problem with wanting to print from orders with multiple line
items. She would like to print all line items by selecting just the
order number. Apparently, TL Ashford software only prints the first
matching record from a file with duplicate keys (in other words, unique
keys are required for record selection). How are other TL AShford users
handling this?
