I agree, she is a healthy contributor, a reflection of her knowledge & 
willingness to share it.

I'm sure she'll have many opportunities, and if you think MAPICS is scare 
in St. Louis, try Orange County - So. Cal.!

We're rooting for ya Joan - good luck!

BTW: If you do change your mind about relocating, California has an open 
position - governor!   :)
