Subject: How is ISSCO populated in MOMAST?

Environment: Mapcics DB/Y2K (Mod 4) with PCC, PDM, Pur,
etc.

Hi group:

I am looking at the Material and Purchase Costs (ISSCO)
for an MO that we set up to track the costs of
manufacturing a mold. These costs are way over budget and
I suspect that some charges for another MO were
incorrectly charged to the MO in question.

The charges to the MO were incurred during our Periods 5
(April 2003) thru 7 (June 2003) and all these periods are
now Closed in Mapics.

This MO had NO BOM set up so charges to ISSCO must have
went thru Purchases. There is NO ACSTD field in MODATA
because of the lack of a BOM.

Do you have any suggestions on how I can find the "audit
trail" of material charges to this MO?

I look forward to your suggestions.

Regards,
Al Gershen
