If you process a VR transaction, it does not need to be "slammed" into 
history, it will go to history as a regular transaction if processed from IM 
transaction process option and a register is run.

The VR will also update the P.O. by upping the PO quantity open by the VR qty 
amount. Of course, the P.O. has to not have been closed out and purged.
