Gee... I'm glad that it's not me that wasn't even aware that it either
existed or that it was a recommended clean-up task.

It took a little while (but not enough time/resources to affect
production), but ours max'ed-out the total spooled file pages [100,000+]
and has recovered close to 250 Mb of storage if I read my statistics
correctly.

Inventory is updated immediately.. This is just the transaction
register, 
and customer should definitely run this every few months, because this 
file get very very very large.

To the list,
Most of my customers forget to run the COM Inventory Transaction
Register. 
 After a while, this file gets quite large.  Does anyone have an
automated 
function for running this? Does anyone actually use it and is IM History

updated at this point or during the Shipment Process?
