We have the price calculation API, UMBCLC2R, turned on.  The problem we are
having is if we load an order using the offline-load & supply the line item
a net-sales amount, the pricing API grabs the item & prices it based on the
logic in the pricing API.  We do not want it to price this item, because we
have already given it a price when we loaded the offline-load file.  Anyone
know how we can stop this from occurring?

If we turn off the pricing API, it works fine, so there has to be something
we are missing.
