EPDM of course :)

Isolated the order release problem down to the Routing Header update.
At some level of EPDM we added 4 operations to a Routing and the header
remained at 0. Now when I add an operation we get EPDM math... 4 + 1 = 1.

I hear the latest EPDM use is to eliminate the federal deficit! 
$1.2 trillion expense - $800 billion revenue = 0 deficit
