You need to:

1) On "Select and sequence fields", select the HOUSE and MOHTQ fields.
2) On "Select records", maybe you want to include ACREC='A'.
3) On "Select sort fields", sort by HOUSE (Ascending).
4) On "Select report summary functions", place a '1' for MOHTQ.
5) On "Define report breaks", select HOUSE.
6) On "Select output type and output form", select any output you want but
remember that in "Form of output" you must select a '2'.

When you do this, the output will look like this:
Warehouse           Quantity
                    On hand
   XXX         9,999,999.999

     TOTAL 9,999,999,999.999

     FINAL TOTALS
     TOTAL 9,999,999,999.999

To have a fine table format like the one you specified, is better to send the
output to a file and have another query to read it.
