   We are a certified partner with MAPICS and have a solution called
   PRESENCE, our Business Activity Monitoring system.  Vendor Rating and
   Warranty Tracking, among other issues, can be done automatically with this
   system.  There are also 13 pre-defined "events" specifically written for
   MAPICS.
