Eric, I could quickly answer your question if I had access to an AS/400 and MAPICS CAS application. My knowledge on security is a little rusty (I've been in the banking industry and .Net world the past 6 months), but if you could run a query on the COM menu tasks and email me, I'll tell you what you need to do. I do believe it is possible to stop users from "deleting" COM orders, but I wouldn't be able to confirm that without the list of menu tasks.
