We did something that we called "The GATEWAY" and that is an HTML dinamically-created paged by and RPGLE program and based on the item sent by Paperless as a parameter, that will create links for our Intranet order-item-specific HTML pages, links to procedures, phantom and or assembly drawings lists, inspection instructions and additional work order information like: a) Small video clips about how to do certain steps or operation(s) b) Audible explanations c) Pictures d) Etc. Imagination is the limit. Took us a bit of time to put all this challenges together and "tackle" them (a word very widely used, at least lately, right? ) but now we are using it across our divisional locations successfully.
