RE: COM Invoice Files

Details? Details?! We don' need no steenking details!

Oh, well... Looks like the special charges are in the MBF9 file. I think the
Item details are in the shipping files (MBDDREP and MBDHREP). Tax looks like
MBFEREP file. I'm getting all this from looking at the cards in the Browser
for the customer invoice, by the way.

invoice item, non-inventory item, special charge, and tax info. It looks
