Sorry I didn't explain this very well.  In many office settings the person
entering the order(s) also creates the Pick List, Packing List and Bill of
Lading.  Green screen functionality is required for these functions.  Any
customer that uses KBC also must use the green screen for their configured
orders.  Any orders that require S-numbers also have to use the green screen.
There are other areas in CSM that are not yet integrated or supported yet, thus
many users that have CSM use it for simple order entry or inquiry.  There is
also the matter of performance.  Many customers have found that using CSM to
enter orders takes longer - some due to not tailoring the screens to their
benefit and training.  Some of the performance problems are due to incorrect
tuning of their AS/400 or it needs upgrading.  Lloyd did not elaborate on the
release level he was on.  If lower than R6, inquiry is the only option
available in CSM.

One other note Lloyd.  You will find that if the enhancement you mention is not
a recent one, the warehouse security file (it is a real pain to maintain
warehouse security in this program in IM) is not looked at by the COM
application.  You will still need to make some programming changes and I
suggest using the user exits so the changes do not cause you problems later
when you want to upgrade.
