If I recall correctly, it had something to do with Host Transform or something in the printer definition on the iSeries? You can also accomplish this through a standard MAPICS override if you have some reason not to change the actual file itself. If you have to add the barcodes the source DDS needs to have the appropriate BARCODE keyword added. Let me know if you need any more info.
