Thanks Vanessa and Bob for your advices! Forgot to tell you that we are working with MAPICS in favor of one our plants. MAPICS was implemented just few weeks ago. Errors may arise in terms of data integrity and / or order of events. I have learned few things, thanks again to you guys: First: This point was the obvious one: I must create the ledger entries. Second: There are items that are no longer in the Item Balance File. Of course this will affect and I will check the reason why... Third: There are items that have no item class in the Item Balance. I will check that too... I will keep on learning/working with this and your insights have helped me to get started. Thanks again!
