The check file for Accounts Payable is CHECKB.  It contains
the information about the check but DOE NOT contain a date
voided field.  However, you could look at the date last
maintained field (MDATE) since it would be updated with the
date that the check was voided.  Voided checks are in the
fiel with a "V" in field RSTAT.
