This is what our controller has to say: I have used Financial Statement Utility for over 10 years. The main function was to have six columns (Current Month: Actual, Budget, Last Year; Year to Date: Actual, Budget, Last Year)in the financial statements where Mapics only allowed for two. FSU works very well, but is slightly cumbersome in the initial setup. However, in the last year, I have been experimenting with Access and have easily succeeded in recreating expenses in the six columns. It will be more difficult to program the income accounts but I will not be renewing FSU because I plan to recreate all the FSU reports in Access. -----Original Message----- From: mbennett@kimray.com [mailto:mbennett@kimray.com] Sent: Monday, December 02, 2002 4:58 PM To: mapics-l@midrange.com Subject: G/L AM reporting This is a multipart message in MIME format. -- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] Hello group.
