        Lloyd,

        One word of caution with features and options.  Make sure that it not
        only fits your current business strategy but that it gives you growth
        potential.  We started out with features and options some years ago and
        while initially it was a good fit, we outgrew it's limitations.  Our
        product is complex from a BOM and features and options standpoint and
        unless they were to expand the S-number limit of 20 positions(which
        Mapics assures me isn't going to happen because only a limited number 
of
        companies use it) it is no longer a fit for us.  Good Luck.
