Make sure you read through SH13750 which discusses some issues and
recommends some PTF's (both IBM and MAPICS).
We ran into problems when the object conversion didn't complete
successfully in one environment.

Have you added any of your own trigger programs to MAPICS files?
Depending on how your trigger was written it may not work correctly at
V5R1M0, see http://www-912.ibm.com/
for the details.

We upgraded to V5R1M0 in May and are running R6 also and had no real
problems other than the one mentioned.
