I'm on the fence about the new interface, as some people have pointed out it
is a bit harder to work with.
But I would like to point out that the "method" you ask for information can
differ from user to user.

"Locked customer order" & "Customer Order conflict" will return different
results.

As a hint, I try to query no-wait with the application name and also the E
AM-XXXX with a couple key words.
