We opened a ticket with IBM and they were very helpful.  We have many types
of printers, but only the 4247s on bricks were giving us problems.  We had
to download the latest microcode from the internet for the bricks.  Then
changed the PSFCONFIG object (this had to be done for each printer with the
specific mac address of the brick).  Then changed a setting in the device
definition.  We did the microcode ourselves, but IBM helped us with all the
rest.  Good luck.

Not a "true" MAPICS issue but really messing up printing Pick Lists  on
Printek Model 4503 printers since moving to V5R1. Can anyone share
information with me?  Printing is fine on IBM 6100 on TwinAX. Just TCPIP on
this model down.
