ComNet question.

We have just purchased ComNet and wonder if we can install the AS/400 part
in a live environment, but not "activate"; that is not use it?  This would
allow us to install only once, and then create a test environment with all
the apps and current database for testing when the server is installed.
This way we don't have to install in a test env, then turn around and
install in a live env.
