[ Converted text/html to text/plain ] To the list, I have a customer that wants to start using QC transactions but does not have the resources available to perform the function at the Dock. They may not find out about its' quality problem after they have issued the parts to an MO. Here is a common scenario: Parts are moved to a MRB location after they determine that the parts do not meet their requirements. The problem is this - purchasing thinks they have enough in stock because they are only looking at balances. So they do not order more, when they actually do need it. Question - Does anyone else have a similar situation -or- has been in a simular situation? What was your company's solution? TIA... Eric A.
