This is a multipart message in MIME format. -- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] John, We had our affiliate teach us a class on Integrator. It was quite helpful, and after the class I was able to create add-on files and connect them to standard databases, and change the screens and all the other stuff you are supposed to do. Unfortunately, it then went a year before I needed to make another change, and I forgot about everything. Integrator is a very powerful tool (I can't imagine using Browser without it), but you need to keep at it or you can easily forget too much. I actually ended up in a situation where I call my affiliate in for major changes using Integrator, such as when we put in CSM. I do that because they keep up on all the new stuff, and I don't due to the infrequency of changes. I do minor stuff myself. I find that's pretty effective - it only takes them a day to do what I want in most cases. Specifically, PDM+ through Mapics integrator. I need to know about the user exits eg) how parms are passed, etc. If you use these products, how did you get trained?
