George,

I would appreciate taking a look at the Access Database. Can you forward?

Thanks for your help.

Jason,

I have written some reports in MS Access and you can look at the joins I did
if you like. Do you have MS Access and Client Access with the ODBC driver
installed on your PC? Rather than broadcast to the entire group, e-mail me
direct if you want and I'll send it to you. I'm not a consultant so you can
have it for free, no strings attached. If you want to use it as-is, you'll
need to re-link the tables, but that's pretty easy and I can walk you
through it over the phone, or your IT weenie can do it for you.

We are working on version 5.5 and are building some G/L reporting tools.

Can anyone tell me the best way to link the GELMAS(Acct Master) with the
CURHIS or TEMGEN files(journal entries). The biggest question is how to come
up with the year/period that is required on the journal files.

Thanks in advance
