Jason, I tried to respond yesterday. But it bounced back to me. So here goes....... Not sure I understand what you are trying to do. 1st do you know or understand the function of Temgen, Curhis & Gelmas. (No offense.. you could be new to mapics) Temgen is current journal entries for open periods Curhis is where the temgen records go when a period is closed. Gelmas is the summary of the temgen records by acct# and period. So the only link between these files would be the Acct#. Also gltyp in gelmas 1 = current year, 2 = budget, 3 = prior year Contact me directly if further questions Pete Olshavsky Ind.
