Peter,

The current price represents the "approved" price is you
process approvals. I think the actual is the paid price
(with any variance from the payment). Stocking price should
be the IM stocking unit of measure price. For example the
each price if you stock in each but buy in cases.

The LC fields are local currency doubles for the others,
the same as the non-lc if you do not use multicurrency support.
