We use Paras Solution's Supplier Performance Evaluation System.

We have had some internal issues to resolve - ensuring that our receiving
is done to the correct blanket release
and maintaining the PO's to reflect changed delivery dates especially when
it's our truck that picks up material.

After the evaluation is run, we do a custom letter incorporating the SPES
information with
a score we keep in a user-defined field in the vendor master for responses
to vendor survey.
