You can attach a message to an operation for an MO by holding the
operation in Paperless and then releasing the operation.  The comments
added when you do the hold and release are then available to view either
on the GUI(Powerbuilder) or the green screen.  They do not automatically
display, but on the GUI, a notepad icon is displayed next to the
operation and clicking that icon will display the comments.

I don't know of a way to have a message automatically display for an MO
or operation.

operator but I would like to do it by MO because I do not know very far
