Dittos, we reviewed it and really like it's capabilities!
Puts a lot of power & ability to format information
in the hands of your accounting people.
We passed on it after realizing our delinquent
customers comprised less than 1% of base,
and the dollars fall similarly.  We are fortunate
in that respect, otherwise it's VERY easy to
cost justify.

We didn't buy it - but we had a demo and were really impressed.  We need it,
just couldn't justify ANY expendiutre when we were looking at it.  I was
impressed with the program and the people at Crimson.

Is anyone using MC2 by Crimson Software for managing customer credit and
collections activities within MAPICS.  If so, any comments?  If not, what
other 3rd party options are out there?
