Has anyone found a creative way to record the period of time that a machine is not available? The operator is moved to another job, so he can not record time against it. The Maintenance person might not get to it for days - if waiting for parts, so the amount of time they spend "on the repair" is not relevant. We can't record indirect hours that would be added to the overhead. Philip R.
