TBiby,

User exits should be compiled in a permanent library just above your AMALIB.
Just to make sure that the right object is being called, search in AMALIB
for the compiled object and rename it.

The plain vanilla user exits are just empty shells.

Hope this helps.

Manuel

Subject: user exit programs in COM

We are just now trying to activate user exits within COM. Can anyone help
with where these programs should be compiled? We have used a separate
library and put this at the top of the list but then the user exit is not
being called from this library. We get errors when trying to compile to
AMALIB from the Application Maintenance menu. Any help is greatly
appreciated. Thanks!
