Automating OFFTRN loading

I've been through the archives, and this question has been asked before.
Unfortunately, the responses were all other ways to get to the end result
rather than direct answers.  What I need to do in ONE step:

1) Duplicate AMIM30 Option 2, loading OFFTRN into an inventory transaction
batch.
2) Close the batch.
3) Run the transaction register.

I know I can run the transaction register using the PRTIMTXR command.  Does
anyone know in detail how to do items 1 and 2?  I can figure it out, but I
have a tight deadline and don't enjoy re-inventing the wheel if it's already
been done.  Thanks in advance!

Please don't suggest using PM&C - I would love to do that, but we don't have
that module and have no budget and no time to purchase it.  I've searched
the No Wait Response database and all it says is that "there's no interface
to perform this function".
