We are currently almost an exclusive green-screen shop that is finally
seeing the light of day and are wanting to start to migrate to the client
applications.

Currently we are under tier based licensing with approximately 150 users.
>From what I have seen of the licensing so far I think we would approach the
user based concurrent style of licensing.

Is the concurrent licensing defined as how many users are currently
accessing MAPIC or the specific application? And is it possible to license
each application differently based on the number of users that actually use
the particular application?

Lastly, is it possible to have a "mixed mode" of licensing? For example
(using CSM as our application) We would have 10 customer service reps that
would always need access to CSM. Is it possible to have say 40 licenses and
10 are registered users and the last 30 are concurrent?

Thanks.
