"What is the MO's status in PC&C?"

The MOMAST record is 40 and the three operations are 30.  They have no quantity
open right now.  How I can change the status of those so they are not displayed
on the JOB ON screen again?  Do I need to affect labor (somehow) to do this?
How I report it?
