[ Converted text/html to text/plain ] Paola, I have submitted an enhancement request to MAPICS. For those users that are having the same issue, I suggest that you do the same to solidify that my customers are not the only ones having the problem. In the meantime, I wrote a trigger to grab the user id and put it in the workstation field. It currently works for about 80% of the transactions and will be hopefully resolving the other 20% this week. The transactions that are not working do have a batch number and I am going after the 3 character initial in the INTRNC Batch header. For the customer with this requirement, they have a User Id naming convention so I know that any "workstation id" not beginning with "E", I need to go after the batch header. This does not solve the entire problem but I did not want to modify the program. Eric A.
