Our year end numbers for the item usages, issues, etc. were never closed out
to 0 at year end.  Now we wish to go to transaction history and calculate
new numbers for 2002.  Mapics help shows that the following are true.
for USEYR transactions IA,SA,IP,IS,IU,IW,RS and TW are used and
for ISSYR transactions IP,IS,IU,IW,RS and TW are used.

I have taken several new items for 2002 and cannot get the answers to agree
with the item field values.  Has anybody attemped to do this?
