Joan,

Knowing that you are an avid supporter of IWP, you probably already know
that it can print barcodes to an IPDS printer.

A companion product to IWP is JacanaForms, also authored by Momentum
Utilities, which is a complete electronic forms solution that can use
any laser printer in your organization (on an NT/2000 network).
JacanaForms can easily handle bar codes, icons, and rotated text for
shipping labels and packing lists. It works together with IWP to
integrate new reports/output into a complete graphical solution.

IWP reports and forms are easily integrated into Mapics pick/pack/ship
using the COM userexit APIs.

Subject: Bar Codes on Packing Lists and Shipping Labels

To all -

Sorry if I'm re-hashing an old topic, but I just spent a half-hour on
e-Info and came away with very little on this subject.

We suddenly have customers demanding detailed barcoded packing lists
and/or shipping labels. What are you folks using to satisfy such
requests?

         thanks - Joan
