Let me first clarify that MMA support is NOT being withdrawn by MAPICS.  We 
continue to offer our award-winning
hot-line and defect support and the product will be taken forward with
future releases.

At the same time, we are very excited to announce that we are offering a
new comprehensive enterprise Business Intelligence solution called MAPICS
Analytics. MAPICS Analytics provides much more flexible customer and
product analytics than was available with MMA and also provides analytics
over procurement, inventory and financials. MAPICS Analytics is available
in both client-server and web-based interfaces and is very quick and
simple to implement. This solution is not a replacement for MMA, but we
are offering existing MMA customers a very attractive trade-in program if
they want to move to MAPICS Analytics.
