A good thing to do is to create a "dummy" order with an item and blankets,
comments, etc.  and see the populated fields.  This may vary from release to
release, I am not sure...

For some reason, MAPICS does not provide an offline capbility for purchase
orders.  I have had to write programs for more than one client to populate the
purchase order files using information from non-MAPICS files.  It is not too
difficult to accomplish but there are quite a few rinky-dink code fields that
you will have to load during the process.
