I believe it is the Warehouse Ship-To Master (maintained in Purchasing).
You can set up default Bill-To and Ship To addresses for each of your
purchasing warehouses. The file is keyed by Warehouse and Ship-To ID.
The easiest way to see the records is to use F4 to search with your
cursor on the Ship-To ID field.

Subject: Change address on purchase order

Hello,

Thanks to the USPS we have been given an entirely new
address. It only took them 40 years to realize that we
were located in zip 12553 and not 12550 and therefore
in a different city with a different street address :)

On our Purchase Orders our old address is still printing.
Where do I change it?

Thanks for your help!
