We run it locally, and only on W2000 workstations touting 128MB ram
minimum,
most have 256- 512mb Ram.  Min CPU is 500MHzPIII, typically 733MHzPIII.

No W98, and no memory issues so far.  (knock on wood!)

There is also W2000 terminal server to consider.  :)
